We're looking for experienced accounting instructors to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on accounting and financial reporting content. Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands and communicates complex accounting principles — making a real impact on the next generation of financial AI tools.

What You'll Do

• Review accounting questions, explanations, and financial scenarios used in AI training
• Assess the accuracy of concepts spanning financial statements, bookkeeping, managerial accounting, and internal controls
• Identify errors, edge cases, and misleading or incomplete explanations
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the precision and pedagogical quality of AI-generated content
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching accounting at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of both financial and managerial accounting principles
• Skilled at evaluating written quantitative and rule-based reasoning for accuracy and clarity
• Comfortable working through structured content methodically and at scale
• Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to meet project deadlines independently

Nice to Have

• CPA designation or Master's degree in Accounting
• Hands-on experience in auditing, financial analysis, or applied accounting practice
• Familiarity with AI systems, model evaluation, or instructional design workflows
