These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aitrainergigs.com (the “Site”) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

AiTrainerGigs is an informational directory and job board that aggregates and reviews AI-training, data-annotation, and related remote work opportunities offered by independent third-party platforms. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or party to any arrangement between you and any platform or company. We do not offer the work listed; we help you find and evaluate it.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content except as permitted by our robots directives or with written consent;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
