This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong communication skills and a natural curiosity — no technical background required.

What You'll Do

• Engage in conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics and scenarios
• Evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
• Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, harmful content, or bias
• Push AI limits with creative, complex, and edge-case prompts
• Submit clear, structured feedback using standardized evaluation forms
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Naturally curious and enjoy exploring diverse topics and ideas
• Able to evaluate response quality objectively and consistently
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Comfortable navigating chat-based digital interfaces
• Detail-oriented and reliable when completing task-based work
• No prior AI, tech, or testing experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in writing, editing, research, or quality assurance
• Familiarity with AI tools or chatbot platforms
• A background in critical thinking, journalism, or academia
