About the Role

We're looking for Korean language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems built for Korean language learning and communication. Your linguistic insight and teaching expertise will directly shape how AI understands, assesses, and teaches Korean — making a meaningful impact on learners around the world.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated Korean speech and text for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and educational quality
• Assess learner speech and writing across proficiency levels from CEFR Pre-A1 through B2+
• Identify learner errors, unnatural phrasing, and pedagogical gaps with expert judgment
• Provide clear, structured feedback that improves AI tutoring and language-learning models
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads and fellow language experts
• Contribute to raising the overall quality and reliability of AI-powered Korean language instruction

Who You Are

• Native-level proficiency in Korean
• Experience teaching Korean or formally evaluating learner language
• Strong English fluency (C1/C2 level)
• Familiar with learner speech patterns and CEFR proficiency frameworks
• Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Detail-oriented and consistent in linguistic judgment
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in language assessment, curriculum design, or standardized testing
• Exposure to AI-powered language tools or educational technology
• Comfortable working independently in structured, asynchronous workflows
