We're looking for French-speaking voice professionals to help train and improve next-generation AI voice models. Your recordings and evaluations will directly shape how AI sounds — making it more natural, expressive, and human. What You'll Do
- Record high-quality French voice samples from provided scripts and prompts
- Listen to and evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, pronunciation, expressiveness, and overall quality
- Provide clear, structured feedback to help improve AI voice outputs
- Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, rhythm, and natural delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in French with strong spoken delivery
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, podcast production, or similar fields
- Access to a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
- Strong attention to detail when it comes to pronunciation, tone, pacing, and clarity
- Ability to take direction and deliver consistent, expressive recordings
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution (enrolled students welcome)
- Genuine interest in AI and speech synthesis technology
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with regional French accents or dialects
- Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training workflows
- Background in linguistics, communications, or performing arts
