About the Role

We're looking for Italian-speaking voice professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI voice models. Your recordings and feedback will directly shape how AI speaks Italian — influencing naturalness, expressiveness, and pronunciation for millions of users worldwide.

• Location: Remote
• Commitment: 15–40 hours/week, fully asynchronous

What You'll Do

• Record high-quality Italian voice samples from provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated speech quality
• Review and refine scripts to ensure linguistic accuracy and natural delivery
• Work independently on your own schedule with full autonomy over your workflow

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian with strong spoken communication skills
• Experience in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, broadcasting, or similar fields
• Access to a high-quality microphone and a quiet, suitable recording environment
• Strong ear for pronunciation, tone, rhythm, and natural speech patterns
• Attention to detail when assessing and comparing voice outputs
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with regional Italian accents or dialects
• Background in linguistics, speech therapy, or phonetics
• Familiarity with AI training, data labeling, or RLHF workflows
