What You'll Do
- Record high-quality Spanish voice samples from provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, rhythm, and expressiveness
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated Spanish speech
- Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity, authenticity, and natural delivery
- Help identify regional accent nuances and culturally appropriate speech patterns

Who You Are
- Native or near-native Spanish speaker with strong spoken fluency
- Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, podcasting, or similar fields
- Access to a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment
- Able to deliver expressive, clear, and engaging voice performances on cue
- Detail-oriented when it comes to pronunciation, tone, pacing, and clarity
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an async environment
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with regional Spanish accents and dialects (Latin American, Castilian, etc.)
- Interest in AI, speech synthesis, or natural language processing
- Prior experience with data labeling, RLHF, or AI training projects
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
