In this role, you'll manage and mentor a team of bilingual analysts creating high-quality, business-focused content that trains cutting-edge AI systems. You'll bring your expertise in finance, strategy, economics, or operations to ensure every output is accurate, rigorous, and impactful. No prior AI experience needed — just strong business instincts and a passion for quality.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Spanish-speaking Business Analysts and Content Specialists creating AI training content
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency
• Provide performance feedback, coaching, and professional development support to your team
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular project updates
• Guide the creation of business case studies, analytical scenarios, and structured content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations — in both Spanish and English

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish; professional proficiency in English
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading teams
• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, strategic content, or domain-focused projects
• Strong analytical and research skills with sharp attention to detail
• Able to provide clear, constructive feedback and structured annotations
• Creative thinker who can approach complex business problems from multiple angles
• Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative, async environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience

Nice to Have

• Master's degree or MBA in a relevant business discipline
• Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or content scoring systems
• Background in case study writing, academic research, or business journalism
• Familiarity with AI tools or language model workflows
