About the Role

We're looking for experienced Backend Python Developers to evaluate AI-generated code, expose its weaknesses, and build the complex algorithmic challenges that push AI reasoning to its limits.

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to PEP 8 standards
• Design and develop complex backend algorithmic solutions and data processing scripts that genuinely challenge AI reasoning
• Write clear, human-readable explanations of backend logic, architectural decisions, and code behaviour
• Identify edge cases, security vulnerabilities, and failure modes in AI-generated API logic
• Provide structured, detailed feedback that directly improves how AI models write and understand Python
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Deep, hands-on expertise in Python — you know the language inside out, not just the basics
• 3–5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code
• Comfortable with modern frameworks including Django, Flask, and FastAPI
• Strong grasp of advanced Python features, performance considerations, and software design patterns
• Excellent written communicator — you can explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Self-motivated and consistent when working independently

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in backend architecture, API design, or distributed systems
• Familiarity with security best practices in Python application development
• Experience with code review processes in professional engineering environments
