What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated responses to biology questions for scientific accuracy, depth, and reasoning quality
• Create and refine challenging, high-quality biology questions spanning a broad range of topics — cell biology, genetics, physiology, ecology, biochemistry, and more
• Map relationships between biological concepts to help AI models understand the structure of the discipline
• Annotate and classify biology content, diagrams, and experimental data
• Provide clear, structured feedback that directly improves AI model performance
• Help build comprehensive training datasets across varying difficulty levels

Who You Are

• You hold a Master's or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a closely related field
• You have deep, hands-on expertise in biology through research, teaching, or advanced scientific work
• You've created or critically reviewed complex scientific content — lab research, publications, curricula, or assessments
• You can translate challenging biological concepts into clear, precise language
• You're self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• You're reliable and can commit to a consistent weekly schedule

Nice to Have

• Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or AI training workflows
• Background in science writing, curriculum development, or academic publishing
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary areas such as bioinformatics or systems biology
