What You'll Do

• Design Complex Business Challenges — Create advanced case studies, financial models, and strategic scenarios across domains like DCF valuation, market entry, cap table modeling, and supply chain optimization
• Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Develop rigorous, step-by-step responses featuring financial statements, marketing frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level strategic rationales that serve as benchmark answers for AI training
• Audit AI Business Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional standards
• Identify and Correct Reasoning Failures — Catch logical errors like ignored sunk costs, miscalculated WACC, or flawed macroeconomic assumptions — and provide structured, constructive feedback to improve model performance
• Work Independently and Asynchronously — Complete task-based assignments on your own schedule with full flexibility

Who You Are

• Holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution
• Strong foundational knowledge in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management
• Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-quality summaries and recommendations
• Highly precise when evaluating financial formulas, data interpretation, and the structural integrity of business arguments
• Detail-oriented and methodical — you spot what others miss
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
• Background in data annotation, data quality, or content evaluation
• Proficiency in data-driven decision tools such as Excel modeling, Tableau, or SQL
• Experience building or reviewing financial models in a professional setting
