What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
• Conduct thorough QA reviews, refine team processes, and drive continuous improvement
• Provide actionable performance feedback, training, and development guidance to your team
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering clear and regular updates
• Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content spanning finance, policy, e-commerce, operations, and more

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of team management or leadership experience
• 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, content development, or domain-focused project work
• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Excellent written communication and collaboration skills
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or content evaluation systems
• Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured business content creation
