What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists working on AI training projects
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency
• Provide constructive performance feedback, hands-on training, and professional development guidance
• Serve as the primary stakeholder contact, delivering clear and regular project updates
• Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains including finance, policy, operations, and e-commerce

Who You Are

• Experienced team leader with 2+ years managing analysts, specialists, or cross-functional teams
• Seasoned practitioner with 3–6 years in business analysis, consulting, or domain-focused content roles
• Analytically sharp — you can evaluate complex business scenarios and assess logical soundness
• A clear and confident communicator who can translate strategic thinking into structured, high-quality content
• Detail-oriented and quality-driven with a knack for giving actionable, constructive feedback
• A creative thinker who approaches business problems from multiple angles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or content evaluation workflows
• Background in case study writing, academic research, or structured analytical content creation
• Familiarity with MBA-level business frameworks and domains
