About the Role

We're looking for experienced Business Performance Analysts to lead and mentor teams of analysts who are building the business-focused content that trains the next generation of AI models.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep expertise in business analysis or consulting, and a track record of leading high-performing teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists working on AI training projects
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure consistent, high-quality output delivery
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for efficiency
• Provide structured performance feedback, coaching, and professional development guidance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular project updates
• Guide the creation of business case studies, decision scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains like finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations

Who You Are

• Experienced team leader with 2+ years of people management in analytical or professional services environments
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, consulting, or domain-focused content work
• Strong analytical and research skills — you know how to evaluate quality and spot logical gaps
• Clear, confident communicator with the ability to give constructive, actionable feedback
• Creative thinker who can approach business problems from multiple angles
• Self-directed and dependable when working independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or content evaluation systems
• Background in case study writing, academic content, or structured business research
• Familiarity with MBA-level frameworks across strategy, operations, or financial analysis
