About the Role

We're looking for experienced postsecondary Business instructors to help shape how AI understands and communicates core business concepts. Your classroom expertise will directly influence the quality of AI reasoning across real-world business scenarios — from strategy and management to operations and finance.

What You'll Do

• Design and review business questions and scenarios used in AI training datasets
• Evaluate AI-generated business content for accuracy, clarity, and practical relevance
• Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI reasoning, explanations, and examples
• Apply real-world teaching experience to validate scenarios, identify edge cases, and flag misleading outputs
• Work independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching business at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of core business topics including management, strategy, operations, and finance
• Able to clearly articulate and evaluate business reasoning in written form
• Comfortable reviewing structured content and delivering detailed, actionable feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
• Industry or applied business experience alongside teaching
• Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation, or instructional design workflows
