About the Role
We're looking for Chemistry experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on scientific content. Your deep knowledge of chemistry will directly shape how AI understands, reasons through, and communicates complex chemical concepts — making a real impact on the frontier of AI development.

What You'll Do
- Create and refine high-quality chemistry questions spanning organic, inorganic, physical, and analytical chemistry
- Review and evaluate AI-generated answers to chemistry problems, identifying errors and providing clear, actionable feedback
- Label and categorize chemistry questions, concepts, diagrams, and experimental data to build robust training datasets
- Map key chemical principles and establish meaningful relationships between topics to help AI models understand the structure of the discipline
- Help develop comprehensive training datasets that cover a wide range of chemistry topics and difficulty levels
Who You Are
- Deep expertise in chemistry — whether through research, teaching, advanced coursework, or professional problem-solving
- Experience building or reviewing complex scientific content such as laboratory research, curriculum development, or scientific publications
- Ability to communicate challenging chemistry concepts clearly and accurately
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to scientific rigor and accuracy
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training workflows
- Background spanning multiple chemistry subdisciplines
- Experience translating complex theory into accessible real-world applications
