About the Role
We're looking for chemistry experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being trained on advanced scientific content. Your deep knowledge of chemistry will directly shape how the next generation of AI models reasons through complex scientific problems — making a real impact on the future of AI.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field.

What You'll Do
- Design challenging, graduate-level chemistry problems to rigorously test AI performance across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with precise, logical reasoning that AI models can learn from
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, depth of reasoning, and quality
- Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
- Provide structured, written feedback that improves how AI handles complex scientific content
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
- Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI experience required — your chemistry knowledge is what matters
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning workflows
- Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
