This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned clinical operations professionals who thrive on keeping complex studies on track, on time, and within budget.

What You'll Do

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies stay on track across all phases
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and external research partners
• Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth, high-quality study operations
• Identify risks early, resolve operational issues decisively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
• Apply your real-world clinical expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical research

Who You Are

• Experienced in clinical trial project management, with a strong command of budgets, timelines, and regulatory expectations
• Proven track record managing vendors, CROs, or external research partners
• Skilled at coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of quality or compliance
• A clear, confident communicator who keeps teams aligned under pressure
• Detail-oriented and systematic — you catch what others miss

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools or clinical data platforms
• Background in regulatory affairs, site management, or pharmacovigilance
• Experience working across global or multi-site clinical programs
