Your expertise in EHRs, clinical applications, and hospital infrastructure is exactly what's needed to evaluate and improve how AI handles healthcare IT scenarios. What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated responses and solutions related to clinical systems, EHR workflows, and healthcare IT scenarios for accuracy and quality
• Apply your troubleshooting and system optimization knowledge to assess whether AI outputs reflect real-world clinical IT best practices
• Review and rate AI responses involving system configurations, clinical data, and healthcare operations
• Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or unsafe recommendations in AI-generated healthcare IT content
• Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI models handle clinical systems topics
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced in supporting or administering healthcare IT systems — EHRs, clinical applications, hospital infrastructure, or similar
• Strong technical troubleshooting and system optimization background
• Comfortable working at the intersection of clinical workflows and technical systems
• Able to evaluate technical quality and accuracy with a critical eye
• Clear written communicator who can provide structured, actionable feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc.)
• Background in clinical informatics or health information management
• Experience translating clinical requirements into technical configurations
