This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone who can read and reason about code. Self-taught developers, hobbyists, bootcamp graduates, and seasoned engineers are all encouraged to apply. No computer science degree or formal experience required.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated code across languages like Python, JavaScript, and more for correctness, logic, and quality
- Identify bugs, logical errors, inefficiencies, and readability issues
- Rate code quality using structured evaluation rubrics
- Suggest clear, actionable improvements and explain your reasoning in writing
- Work across a range of programming challenges and difficulty levels
- Complete assignments independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Able to read and understand code in at least one programming language
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving instincts
- Clear written communicator who can explain technical concepts accessibly
- Detail-oriented and consistent in your evaluations
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- No formal degree or professional software engineering experience required
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with multiple programming languages or paradigms
- Experience with code review, debugging, or software testing
- Background in open-source development, competitive programming, or technical writing
- Prior exposure to AI tools or developer workflows
