Who You Are
- Strong command of core Java concepts — OOP, multithreading, exception handling, generics, streams, and the standard library
- Able to write clean, well-structured code and explain your reasoning clearly in English
- Detail-oriented with a high bar for correctness and code quality
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an async environment
Nice to Have
- 3+ years of hands-on Java experience in professional or project settings
- Familiarity with Java frameworks or domains such as Spring, Android, or backend development
- Background in computer science (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD — all welcome)
- Prior experience with data labeling, RLHF, or AI training workflows
