About the Role

We're looking for experienced JavaScript developers to help evaluate and improve AI systems that write and reason about code. Your expertise will directly influence how the next generation of AI models understands JavaScript — from basic syntax to complex algorithms.

• Type: Hourly Contract
• Location: Remote
• Commitment: 15–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for correctness, efficiency, and clarity
• Write high-quality JavaScript solutions across a range of difficulty levels
• Craft clear, human-readable explanations of code logic and problem-solving approaches
• Identify edge cases, bugs, and ambiguities in AI-generated responses or problem statements
• Provide structured feedback that helps AI models produce better, safer code

Who You Are

• Strong command of core JavaScript concepts — closures, async/await, prototypes, DOM manipulation, and ES6+ features
• Able to clearly explain complex coding concepts in plain English
• Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for logic errors and inefficiencies
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on an async schedule
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks or environments such as Node.js, React, or Angular is a plus

Nice to Have

• 3+ years of professional JavaScript development experience
• Background in computer science or a related technical field
• Familiarity with data labeling, RLHF, or AI training workflows
