This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with strong reading comprehension and a sharp ear for how language flows. No AI, linguistics, or technical background required — just a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach and a reliable internet connection.

What You'll Do
- Read and evaluate AI-generated conversations across a wide range of topics and contexts
- Rate responses for naturalness, tone, helpfulness, and overall flow
- Identify awkward phrasing, off-topic replies, logical gaps, or unnatural transitions
- Compare multiple conversation paths and rank them by quality
- Provide clear, structured feedback using provided evaluation rubrics
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Strong reading comprehension and a natural instinct for how conversations should flow
- Able to evaluate dialogue quality objectively and articulate your reasoning
- Detail-oriented and consistent — you apply the same standards across large volumes of work
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI, linguistics, or content moderation experience required
Nice to Have
- Background in writing, editing, communications, or customer experience
- Experience with quality assurance, research, or critical analysis
- Familiarity with AI chatbots or conversational tools as an end user
