Customer Service Agent – U.S. Accent Required

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Agents to take part in realistic, human-enacted customer service conversations for an AI data project. You will handle simulated support calls, resolve issues and communicate professionally, creating high-quality audio used to train speech-based AI. About 15 hours per week, roughly 170 openings. Remote, independent contractor. Hours are estimates and not guaranteed. Participants may not be based in: China, South Korea, EU, UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Kenya, Indonesia, Philippines, Bangladesh, Nor the following US States: Illinois, Tennessee, California, New York, Washington, Montana, Texas, Colorado. Applying includes a 60-second on-camera script read. Approved applicants join an onboarding bootcamp before role placement.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong communication, problem-solving and issue resolution skills
• Native-level English fluency with a clear U.S. accent
• A computer, reliable internet, a headset or USB microphone, and a quiet place to record
• Able to commit about 15 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Take part in realistic simulated customer service conversations
• Respond naturally to customer questions, concerns and requests
• Resolve issues following assigned scenarios and workflows
• Record clear audio on the designated platform
• Meet your agreed availability and flag schedule changes early
