As a Data Security & DLP Analyst, you'll bring your real-world expertise to help train and evaluate AI models on how sensitive information is exposed, detected, and protected across modern organizations.

What You'll Do
- Analyze realistic data security and DLP scenarios spanning cloud, SaaS, and enterprise environments
- Classify data sensitivity levels, exposure paths, and policy violations
- Review and evaluate prevention, detection, and incident response strategies
- Generate, label, and validate data security cases used to train and benchmark AI systems
- Apply your practical understanding of how data risk plays out to help AI reason more accurately about sensitive information
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in data security, compliance, security operations, or a related field
- Familiar with DLP tools, data classification frameworks, and privacy or regulatory concepts (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA)
- Strong practical understanding of how data leaks happen and how organizations respond
- Able to think critically about risk scenarios and articulate your reasoning clearly
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud security platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Background in information security policy, insider threat, or compliance auditing
- Familiarity with AI systems or data labeling workflows
