We're looking for clinically knowledgeable professionals to help train and improve AI systems built on real electronic health record (EHR) data. Your expertise in diagnoses, procedures, and clinical documentation will directly influence how AI understands and interprets medical information — making healthcare technology smarter and more reliable.

What You'll Do
- Review and annotate clinical chart elements including diagnoses, procedures, and medical history entries
- Identify and label key clinical concepts within complex EHR datasets
- Apply consistent annotation standards to ensure high-quality training data
- Use careful clinical judgment to interpret ambiguous or complex chart content
- Provide structured feedback and documentation in line with annotation guidelines
- Maintain accuracy and consistency across large volumes of clinical records
Who You Are
- Background in healthcare, clinical informatics, nursing, medicine, or a related field
- Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation practices
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, diagnoses, and procedure coding
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow precise annotation guidelines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- No prior AI or data annotation experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with ICD-10, CPT, or SNOMED coding systems
- Prior work in medical coding, clinical documentation improvement, or health informatics
- Familiarity with AI training workflows or data labeling platforms
