What You'll Do

• Apply your EMR/EHR expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical systems, workflows, and healthcare IT
• Review AI outputs for technical accuracy, clinical relevance, and real-world applicability
• Assess how well AI understands system configuration, deployment processes, and healthcare operations
• Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI models reason more accurately about EMR/EHR environments
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems
• Strong understanding of clinical and administrative healthcare workflows
• Ability to identify gaps between AI-generated outputs and real-world implementation realities
• Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR
• Background in healthcare IT consulting or project management
• Prior exposure to AI or machine learning tools
