About the Role
We're looking for Filipino language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Filipino-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Filipino — making a real impact on one of Southeast Asia's most vibrant and culturally rich languages.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role that fits around your schedule. No prior AI experience required — your native fluency and sharp eye for language quality is what matters most.

What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated Filipino translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
- Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, or cultural issues
- Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Filipino
- Provide structured feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in Filipino
- Strong written communication skills in both Filipino and English
- Solid command of contemporary Filipino usage across different contexts and registers
- Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale
- Naturally detail-oriented with a consistent, thorough approach
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in translation, localization, editing, or linguistics
- Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows
- Awareness of regional Filipino language variations and dialects
- Background in journalism, communications, or content writing
