Finance Expert
About this role
AI labs need finance work checked by people who have built the model and sat in the review. A model can lay out a DCF or a comps table that looks right and rests on a wrong assumption. Spotting it is the work.
This listing is a waitlist, not an open position. No project is attached to your application. Applying puts you in the network we draw from when a finance project opens, and nothing is expected from you afterward. We review applicants from time to time, check whether each profile fits the kind of projects we run, and reach out directly with the scope, hours and rate when there is a match. Timing depends on demand, so you may hear from us soon or only after a while, and we will not contact everyone on the list. You commit to nothing by applying.
Work varies by project. Depending on the project you might build case packages such as models, memos and decks in investment banking or corporate finance, review other practitioners' work, or evaluate AI output on valuation and analysis. Hours, scope and rate are set per project and sent to you in writing before you start.
On a project you write realistic finance tasks and the deliverable an experienced analyst or associate would produce, review other experts' work against an acceptance checklist, and evaluate AI answers for errors in logic, numbers and judgment. Reviewers check everything, and you are paid for approved work.

- Work you do is reviewed and you are paid for approved work.
A promising fit for EU-based native speakers and subject-matter experts — real task-based work paid through Deel. The main caveat is track record: it only launched in 2026.
