About the Opportunity

We’re looking for talented language specialists to help improve AI-generated speech, audio and video. You’ll use your language skills, listening abilities and attention to detail to evaluate AI content and help deliver a more natural, accurate and high-quality experience.

Languages We’re Hiring For

We’re currently welcoming applications from candidates proficient in Thai (Thailand), French (France), Vietnamese (Vietnam), Malay (Malaysia), Japanese (Japan), Korean (South Korea), Indonesian (Indonesia), Gulf Arabic, Spanish (Mexico and Spain), Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Tagalog (Philippines), German (Germany), Dutch (Netherlands), Polish (Poland), Swedish (Sweden), Russian (Kazakhstan) and Turkish (Turkey).

We’re particularly interested in candidates who understand regional pronunciation, expressions and cultural nuances. Specific language variants and country-of-residence requirements will depend on the project.

English proficiency at B2 level or above is also required.

What You’ll Do

Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include:

• Evaluating AI-generated speech for naturalness, fluency and pronunciation.
• Assessing audio clarity, sound quality and vocal consistency.
• Identifying language errors, unnatural speech and audio issues.
• Providing structured feedback and quality ratings using project guidelines.
• Reviewing audio-video synchronisation, captions and timestamps where required.
• Following evaluation instructions to help improve AI performance.

Experience in one or more of the following areas is an advantage:

• Large Language Model (LLM) or Vision-Language Model (VLM) evaluation.
• Supervised fine-tuning (SFT), AI benchmarking or model response assessment.
• Prompt-response evaluation and instruction-following assessment.
• Multimodal AI, visual understanding text to audio or video to audio evaluation.
• Audio transcription, speech evaluation or linguistic quality review.
• Image annotation, data labelling or content moderation.
• Search relevance, digital content evaluation or quality assurance.
• Social media platforms or gaming-related terminology and content.

You don’t need experience in every area. Relevant experience in one or more fields may qualify you for suitable projects, depending on client requirements. A relevant degree is welcome, but candidates without one may still qualify by demonstrating their skills.

How to qualify

Working Arrangements

• Location: Remote.
• Engagement: Freelance and project-based.
• Commitment: Minimum 20 hours per week.
• Payment: Hourly, per task or per accepted deliverable, depending on the project. Rates, payment terms and applicable acceptance criteria will be shared before you commit to an assignment.

Project duration, workload and availability may vary. Continuous work between assignments is not guaranteed.
