In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Produce and deliver clear, high-quality audio recordings in both Canadian French and English.
2. Transcribe recorded audio samples with exceptional accuracy, adhering to linguistic best practices.
3. Annotate audio files and transcripts with detailed metadata tags to enhance data usability for AI training.
4. Apply rigorous attention to detail in all aspects of audio capture, transcription, and annotation processes.
5. Collaborate with project teams to ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all audio assets.
6. Conduct quality assurance reviews of audio content and metadata as needed.
7. Document and communicate findings, challenges, and insights throughout the engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Native or near-native proficiency in Canadian French and fluency in English.
2. Professional background in audio engineering, sound recording, or related audio production fields.
3. Strong transcription and linguistic analysis skills, particularly with Canadian French dialects.
4. Experience applying metadata tags and annotating linguistic datasets.
5. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free work.
6. Familiarity with industry-standard audio recording equipment and software.
7. Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet project requirements with minimal oversight.
