About the Role

What if your JavaScript expertise could directly influence how AI writes code for millions of developers around the world? We're looking for experienced Frontend JavaScript Developers to evaluate, critique, and improve AI-generated code — helping shape the next generation of AI coding tools.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You don't need an AI background — just deep JavaScript knowledge and a sharp eye for clean, efficient, well-structured code.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to ES6+ standards
• Identify bugs, anti-patterns, and suboptimal logic in AI-generated frontend code — and provide better alternatives
• Solve complex UI/UX challenges to test how well AI handles responsive, interactive web elements
• Assess DOM manipulation approaches and flag performance or compatibility issues
• Write clear, human-readable documentation explaining state management, event handling, and code flow
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Strong command of core JavaScript concepts — async/await, closures, prototypes, and DOM manipulation
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Node.js
• Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic approach to code review and quality evaluation
• Able to clearly articulate why code works, why it doesn't, and how to make it better
• Self-motivated and consistent when working independently
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred — but not required if your experience speaks for itself

Nice to Have

• Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training or evaluation projects
• Familiarity with testing frameworks or frontend performance profiling tools
• Background in code review, technical writing, or developer tooling
• Exposure to TypeScript or modern build toolchains (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
