About the Role
What if your JavaScript expertise could directly influence how AI writes frontend code for millions of developers around the world? We're looking for experienced JavaScript engineers to evaluate, critique, and improve AI-generated code — helping ensure the next generation of AI tools actually writes clean, efficient, and production-ready JavaScript.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background required — just deep JavaScript knowledge and a sharp eye for quality code.

What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to modern ES6+ standards
- Identify bugs, anti-patterns, and suboptimal logic in AI-produced frontend code — and provide optimized alternatives
- Solve complex UI/UX challenges to test how well AI handles responsive, interactive elements
- Write clear, human-readable documentation explaining state flow, event handling, and code architecture
- Assess DOM manipulation strategies and evaluate their performance implications
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Deeply familiar with core JavaScript concepts — async/await, closures, prototypes, and the DOM
- Experienced with modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Node.js
- Naturally detail-oriented with a strong instinct for spotting code smells and inefficiencies
- Able to articulate clearly why code is good or bad — not just that it is
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without close supervision
- 3–5 years of hands-on JavaScript or frontend development experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects
- Background in code review, technical writing, or engineering mentorship
- Familiarity with testing frameworks or frontend performance profiling
- Exposure to TypeScript or other typed JavaScript environments
