How It Works

You will write an extensive guide, approximately 4,000 words, detailing your methodology for evaluating UI libraries. Alongside the written component, you will produce a 30 to 45-minute narrated screen recording. During this video, you will walk through a live selection workflow specifically tailored for an internal operations dashboard. This involves demonstrating how you compare options, weigh technical trade-offs, and finalize architectural choices.

Who This Is For

We welcome senior frontend engineers, technical leads, UI architects, and staff engineers. You should have extensive experience making architectural decisions and selecting frontend frameworks for enterprise applications. Candidates must be comfortable communicating technical concepts clearly in both written formats and recorded video presentations.

Requirements
