About the Role

What if your full stack expertise could directly influence how AI writes production-quality code for millions of developers around the world? We're looking for experienced Full Stack Developers to evaluate, critique, and help improve AI-generated code across the entire web stack — from backend APIs to polished frontend interfaces.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You'll work alongside world-leading AI research teams, bringing your real-world engineering instincts to one of the most important problems in tech right now: making AI that actually writes good code.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated code across the full stack — frontend (React, Vue) and backend (Node.js, Python, C#) — for correctness, efficiency, and quality
• Design and build full-stack tooling to support AI data annotation and quality control workflows
• Review complex system architectures and provide expert feedback on scalability, performance, and best practices
• Identify bugs, anti-patterns, and edge cases in AI-generated solutions
• Write clear, detailed technical feedback that helps AI models learn and improve
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3–5+ years of professional full-stack experience writing production-level code
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python; familiarity with Rust is a strong plus
• Comfortable working across both UI and server-side layers without hand-holding
• Naturally detail-oriented — you notice when something is technically correct but architecturally wrong
• Exceptional written communication skills; you can explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or cloud-native architectures
• Background in developer tooling, platform engineering, or AI/ML workflows
• Prior exposure to code review, technical writing, or engineering mentorship
• Familiarity with AI tools or code generation platforms as an end user
