This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just a commanding German voice, professional delivery, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do

• Record clear, high-fidelity German voice performances using provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for naturalness, accuracy, expressiveness, and overall quality
• Provide structured, constructive feedback to help improve synthesized voice output
• Review and refine scripts as needed to ensure they sound natural and are easy to deliver
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Full fluency in spoken German — native or near-native
• Prior experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or comparable audio work
• Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Ability to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated performances consistently
• Sharp ear for pronunciation, tone, pacing, and overall speech clarity
• Detail-oriented when evaluating and providing feedback on audio quality

Nice to Have

• Experience with broadcast, commercial, or e-learning voice-over work
• Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
• Knowledge of regional German dialects or Austrian/Swiss German variations
• Prior exposure to AI audio projects or voice evaluation workflows
