About the Role
We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer AI — and we need seasoned GRC professionals to make it happen. Your real-world expertise in compliance, risk management, and security policy will directly shape how AI systems understand and reason about governance challenges.
This isn't a traditional GRC role. You'll be working at the intersection of cybersecurity expertise and cutting-edge AI development — evaluating scenarios, assessing risk logic, and helping build the training data that powers next-generation AI models.

What You'll Do
- Review and analyze security policies, controls, and compliance procedures for accuracy and completeness
- Evaluate real-world GRC scenarios across frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and others
- Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation
- Generate and validate high-quality training and evaluation data for AI systems
- Apply your practitioner knowledge to identify nuanced errors and edge cases in AI-generated compliance reasoning
- Provide structured, precise written feedback that improves AI model quality
Who You Are
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or information security
- Solid working knowledge of frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or similar
- Comfortable interpreting policy documents, audit reports, and control frameworks
- Detail-oriented with strong written communication and analytical reasoning skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in an async environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in internal audit, third-party risk, or security consulting
- Familiarity with multiple GRC frameworks across different industries
