About the Role
What if your JavaScript skills could directly influence how AI writes code for millions of developers around the world? We're looking for experienced JavaScript engineers to evaluate and improve AI-generated code — helping ensure that the software AI produces is correct, efficient, and written to a professional standard.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. Training support is provided, so no prior AI experience is needed — just deep JavaScript expertise and a sharp eye for code quality.

What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to modern ES6+ standards
- Write high-quality JavaScript solutions across a range of problem types and difficulty levels
- Craft clear, human-readable explanations of code logic and problem-solving approaches
- Identify edge cases, bugs, and failure points in AI-generated web and backend code
- Provide structured, detailed feedback that directly shapes how AI models learn to write better code
- Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Deep familiarity with core JavaScript concepts — async/await, closures, prototypes, DOM manipulation, and more
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Vue
- Strong instincts for clean, maintainable, well-structured code
- Naturally detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating and debugging
- Clear and concise written communicator — able to explain technical reasoning in plain language
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training workflows
- Familiarity with TypeScript or modern JavaScript build tooling
- Background in code review, technical writing, or software quality assurance
- Exposure to both frontend and backend JavaScript environments
