About this role

We’re seeking an experienced legal professional to support a short-term AI content evaluation project. You’ll use your legal judgment to assess written material, identify issues, and provide practical feedback that improves its quality.

What you’ll do

  • Review legal content for accuracy, consistency, and appropriate context.
  • Identify gaps in reasoning, ambiguous language, or conclusions that need further qualification.
  • Assess whether explanations distinguish established legal principles from context-dependent interpretations.
  • Document your findings clearly and suggest improvements.

What we’re looking for

  • Professional experience in legal practice, in-house advisory, legal research, or a related legal role.
  • Professional experience working with U.S., UK, Canadian, or another common-law legal system.
  • Experience analyzing legal documents and translating complex issues into clear written guidance.
  • Broad legal knowledge and comfort reviewing material outside a single narrow specialty.
  • Sound judgment when identifying unsupported claims, missing context, or questions that require further research.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide concise, well-supported feedback.
  • Experience with legal editing, quality review, or work spanning multiple jurisdictions would be helpful.

About the engagement

This is a remote, short-term consulting project involving approximately 20-30 hours of work in total. Immediate availability is required.

Compensation

$80-$100/hour, depending on experience.
