In this role, you'll apply your linguistic and analytical expertise to assess written content and help improve the accuracy, reliability, and overall performance of next-generation AI systems. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain expertise is what matters.


Scope of Work

  1. Carefully review and analyze written content and AI-generated responses for accuracy, clarity, coherence, and completeness.
  2. Evaluate adherence to instructions by comparing written outputs against detailed guidelines and defined criteria.
  3. Provide clear, constructive written feedback regarding the quality and effectiveness of written responses.
  4. Identify subtle errors and inconsistencies in grammar, usage, context, and meaning, ensuring linguistic precision.
  5. Deliver succinct, actionable feedback with meticulous attention to detail, focusing on accuracy and objective assessment rather than creativity.
  6. Systematically document findings using provided evaluation tools, guidelines, and reporting formats.
  7. Engage in a four-week initial sprint, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.


Qualifications

  1. Native proficiency in U.S. English (required for this engagement).
  2. Advanced academic background or extensive professional experience in linguistics, language analysis, writing, editing, or related fields.
  3. Demonstrated expertise in written communication, with the ability to deliver nuanced linguistic assessments.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle issues, inconsistencies, and errors in written material.
  5. Strong analytical skills and the ability to objectively assess information and provide concise, constructive feedback.
  6. Comfortable following detailed guidelines and applying evaluation criteria consistently across a high volume of work.
  7. Immediate availability and ability to commit at least 20 hours per week while maintaining consistently high-quality outputs.
