What You'll Do
- Author clear, structured reasoning traces that capture how an AI should plan, decide, and act across complex technical tasks
- Document step-by-step decision-making processes — including tool selection, logic chains, and problem decomposition
- Create high-quality training data that demonstrates effective real-world reasoning and tool use
- Evaluate and improve AI decision-making workflows to ensure reliability and coherence
- Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Strong background in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Able to break down complex technical reasoning and articulate it clearly in writing
- Analytical thinker who can identify flaws in logical workflows and propose improvements
- Detail-oriented with a consistent, methodical approach to structured tasks
- Comfortable working independently without hand-holding
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation systems
- Familiarity with LLM capabilities, limitations, or prompting strategies
- Background in AI research, applied ML, or software engineering
- Experience designing or documenting technical workflows and systems
