We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership strategy. Your expertise will directly influence the quality and accuracy of AI reasoning in one of the most complex and nuanced domains — human management.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your real-world knowledge makes a measurable difference in how next-generation AI systems think and respond.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy, logic, and real-world applicability
• Evaluate AI reasoning around team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, flawed logic, or weak decision-making frameworks in AI outputs
• Provide clear, structured feedback to help improve how AI models approach managerial reasoning
• Work independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching management, leadership, or organizational behavior at the postsecondary level
• Deep understanding of management theory, organizational behavior, and leadership frameworks
• Strong analytical skills — able to evaluate complex decision-making and articulate tradeoffs clearly
• Comfortable reading and critiquing written scenarios, case studies, and AI-generated recommendations
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
• Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
• Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation workflows, or prompt-based tools
