About the Role

What if your deep knowledge of mathematics could directly shape how AI reasons through the world's most complex problems? We're looking for expert mathematicians to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models — ensuring they can tackle advanced mathematical challenges with real rigor and precision.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for Masters and PhD-level mathematicians. You'll work asynchronously alongside leading AI research teams, applying your expertise where it matters most.

What You'll Do

• Develop, solve, and review advanced mathematical problems with real-world relevance and complexity
• Design rigorous problem statements across algebra, calculus, statistics, discrete mathematics, or related fields
• Evaluate AI-generated mathematical reasoning for correctness, depth, and clarity
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and domain experts to improve model performance
• Ensure mathematical rigor, precision, and intellectual depth across all deliverables
• Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Master's or PhD in Mathematics or a closely related field
• Strong expertise in one or more of: algebra, calculus, statistics, or discrete mathematics
• Comfortable coding in Python, MATLAB, or Mathematica for research or problem-solving
• Exceptional written communicator — you can express complex ideas with clarity and precision
• Naturally detail-oriented with high standards for mathematical accuracy
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in mathematical modeling, applied mathematics, or computational research
• Experience reviewing or writing academic-level mathematical content
• Familiarity with AI tools or machine learning concepts
