Medical Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training

We're looking for experienced physicians who are native or fluent in Spanish to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You'll build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real medicine work as it's done in Spain.

Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical practice
• Native or fluent in Spanish
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain
• Licensed physician in Spain (colegiado), typically after MIR residency, familiar with SNS protocols and Spanish clinical guidelines

Details: Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.
