About this role
Take part in a scheduled phone call and help create high-quality speech data for language technology. You’ll have one recorded conversation in your own language, from home, on your own phone.
About this project
This remote data collection opportunity captures natural, spontaneous speech over an ordinary phone call.
You’ll be given a topic before the call, then talk about it the way you normally would. The call runs entirely in your own language from start to finish, with natural pacing, turn-taking, and engagement.
The recordings will be accompanied by accurate transcriptions.
What you’ll do
- Take part in one scheduled phone call of approximately 3 hours.
- Speak entirely in your own language for the whole call.
- Talk about a topic you are given beforehand, in your own words.
- Keep the conversation spontaneous rather than reading from a script.
- Take the call from a quiet place, on your own phone.
- Be reachable at the time you book.
- Avoid sharing personally identifiable, sensitive, inappropriate, or confidential information.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Native-level fluency in one of the eligible languages.
- Comfortable holding a spontaneous conversation in your own language.
- A working phone and a quiet place to take the call.
- Approximately 3 hours you can commit to a single scheduled call.
- Able to be reachable at the time you book.
- Ability to follow detailed project instructions.
- No app download is required.

- Turkish
- Hebrew
The call runs entirely in your own language. English is not used on this project.
