What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real-world nursing workflows
- Translate nursing practice knowledge into structured feedback that helps AI systems better understand EHR documentation and clinical decision-making
- Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe outputs in AI-generated healthcare content and suggest evidence-based improvements
- Assess AI responses related to clinical informatics, patient data handling, and health IT system design
- Provide detailed, structured feedback using clear evaluation guidelines
- Work independently and asynchronously on a schedule that fits your life
Who You Are
- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands-on patient care experience
- Experience working with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of clinical documentation workflows and health informatics principles
- Strong ability to analyze clinical scenarios and communicate findings clearly in writing
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and patient safety
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based projects
Nice to Have
- Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing informatics
- Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation workflows
- Advanced certifications in informatics (e.g., RN-BC in Nursing Informatics)
