About this role
Overview
Every language breaks AI in its own way: an idiom rendered literally, a register that slides from formal to casual mid-sentence, a grammatical gender or honorific the model guesses wrong. Whatever language you know best, the places it trips a machine are exactly where a native speaker's judgment matters.
As a Bilingual Specialist you'll judge and correct AI output in your language, teaching models to read and write it the way a native speaker actually does.
What you’ll actually do
- Review translations between English and your language for meaning, flow, and natural register.
- Score and rank model output in your language, catching idioms, tone, and grammar a machine gets wrong.
- Write the better version when the model falls short, natural enough to pass as native.
Roles this fits
Common backgrounds: Bilingual Specialist, Translator, Localization Specialist.
What we look for
- Native or near-native fluency in a language other than English.
- A sharp ear for tone, idiom, and natural phrasing.
- Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
- No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.
