About the Role
We're looking for Physics Experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on scientific reasoning and physics content. Your deep knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and solves problems across mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum physics, and more.

What You'll Do
- Create and refine high-quality physics questions spanning fundamental and applied topics
- Review AI-generated solutions to physics problems, identifying errors and providing clear, expert feedback
- Label and categorize physics problems, concepts, diagrams, and experiments to build rigorous training datasets
- Map key physics principles and establish conceptual relationships across subfields (e.g., mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, optics)
- Help develop well-rounded training datasets that span a variety of topics and difficulty levels
- Ensure scientific accuracy and rigor across all content you produce and review
Who You Are
- Deep expertise in physics — through research, teaching, engineering, or applied problem-solving
- Comfortable working across multiple subfields of physics, from classical to modern
- Experience building or reviewing complex scientific, educational, or technical content (lab work, curriculum design, simulations, or similar)
- Able to communicate challenging physical concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable working independently
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in physics or a closely related field
- Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training workflows
- Background in science education or technical writing
