About the Role

We're looking for Portuguese language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Portuguese-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Portuguese — making a real impact on one of the world's most widely spoken languages.

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated Portuguese translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
• Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, or cultural issues
• Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Portuguese
• Provide structured feedback on linguistic and cultural quality across Brazilian and/or European Portuguese
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in Portuguese
• Strong written communication skills in both Portuguese and English
• Deep understanding of Brazilian and/or European Portuguese norms and regional usage
• Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale
• Attention to detail and consistency
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in translation, localization, or content adaptation
• Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows
• Knowledge of regional Portuguese variations and formality registers
