This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed — just a commanding presence behind the mic and native-level German fluency.

What You'll Do

• Record clear, expressive German-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, emotional expression, and overall quality
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve synthesized German voice outputs
• Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced voice actor, narrator, audiobook reader, or voice-over professional
• Native or near-native fluency in German with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
• Owner of a high-quality large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
• Naturally detail-oriented when evaluating tone, clarity, pronunciation, and emotional nuance
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience across multiple German dialects or regional accents
• Background in broadcast, theatre, dubbing, e-learning, or commercial voice work
• Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
• Prior experience evaluating or annotating audio content
